I will be the first to admit that I am horrible with returning phone messages. In the daytime I am usually with Chloe and have limited time to spend in the studio and usually do not get to answering the phone. If you leave me as much information as possible, I may be able to get back to you with an answer. Email is usually the best way to contact me regardless.

 

I have a lot of information on this website, and if you spend some time looking for answers, you will most likely find them. Email me if not, and I will try my best to answer you when I check my email.

 

Just incase you are looking to order stuff that you saw at our table at one of the bead shows, and you don’t see it on my site – I don’t keep that in stock, and it is only available through shows.

 Where to See and Purchase Marsha Neal Studio Merchandise

You can find Marsha Neal Studio items through BEAD and JEWELRY SHOPS or BEAD SHOWS. Please support your local retail bead and jewelry shops by making purchase from them. I'm sure you love going to bead shops as much as I do for purchasing and for inspiration. By making purchases through your local shop you are keeping this industry alive! You also save on shipping charges and get to pick out the actual exact piece (if you order from me direct, your pendant will look different than what is pictured - due to variations in making, glazing and firing each piece).

 

 I am sorry, but I am not set up to have people come to my home studio to purchase items. Check out my Marsha Neal Studio Etsy shop for new, unique, and ready to ship items.

 

Methods of Payment

Marsha Neal Studio accepts: American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, Visa Bank Debit Cards, U.S. Bank Checks (must clear before order is shipped), U.S. Money Orders, all in U.S. Currency. Make payments out to: Marsha Neal Studio, PO Box 831, Hockessin, DE 19707.

 

Any returned checks will incur a $30 returned check fee.

 

Bead Wholesale

To qualify for purchasing items from Marsha Neal Studio at wholesale discounted price, you must send in a completed copy of the WHOLESALE BUYER FORM with your first order. A photocopy of your business license is required with this application (jpg and pdf copies accepted).

 

If I do not receive the application before I run your credit card, I can only issue you a credit towards a future purchase through the Marsha Neal Studio Online Shopping Cart, no refunds.

 

Any order that you send me through my online shopping cart should contain notes in the message that you are ordering as a wholesale customer. If not, I may overlook that the order is wholesale, and may charge you the full retail amount. I’d rather avoid this mess, so please make sure to tell me as often as possible. Make all of our lives easier (mom brain here – needs to be reminded of stuff often)…

 

See the Wholesale Buyer Form for discount details on ceramic pendants and beads. Not all items sold by Marsha Neal Studio qualify for wholesale discounts (for example: test tiles, tools, findings, other artist beads, silk strands, sterling necklaces, leather necklaces, etc.).

 

Silk Strands have their own wholesale pricing breakdown and minimum quantity requirements. You must send me a copy of your business license to purchase silks at wholesale.

 

FIRST TIME WHOLESALE BUYERS: I have received a number of inquires from people that want to order a sample of beads from me to see what the pendants look like before they make a larger wholesale purchase. For these people please do the following: Fill out the Wholesale Buyer Form to set up your account and send it to me with your first order. Your very first purchase will have a minimum purchase of $100 (instead of $300) in retail pendants. Total your order then subtract a 20% discount. Discount does not apply to shipping and handling fees. If you have any questions please call or email me.

 

Wholesale Re-Ordering

Wholesale discount is calculated by your accumulated orders, and once you hit that level, all of your orders will qualify for that discount. For example, once you spend $1000 at “retail pendant pricing” you are at 50% off for that and all future orders.

 

 Shipping Methods and Charges

All orders will ship when the entire order is ready. If you have items such as silks, findings, ready to go pieces in combination with made to order pieces, you can request that “all in stock pieces ship now, back order the rest”. This means that there will be 2 shipments for your order, and you will be charged for shipping on both. I will of course try my best to get everything out at once, but there are times where your order may take 2-3 weeks if I have to make any of the porcelain pieces from scratch, or if I am out of stock of regularly stocked items.

 

Lead Time for Orders

All of my Porcelain Pendants are individually handmade in a process that has over 20 steps for each piece. It is not unusual for an order to take me 2 to 3 weeks to fill. I will do my best to accommodate any special situation so please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns about your order. Arrangements for partial shipments of large orders can be made when an order is placed by marking the order “PARTIAL SHIPMENT ALLOWED” (customer will be responsible for all of the shipping charges).

If you are concerned about a long lead time for an order, you can contact me and I can give you an updated lead time for potential orders. And remember, you can always put notes in the order message area that give me a head’s up like: I would like to have this by xxx date if possible.

 

Custom or Special Orders

Please email me with requests for special orders, and I will advise you on how we can proceed. You can submit your credit card, billing and shipping information to me through this online shopping cart by clicking the button at the top of this page.

 

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final, and returns will be accepted for “exchanges” or “store credit only." Special orders or bulk quantity orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

I want you to feel confident and happy with the items you purchase from Marsha Neal Studio. Within 30 days of receiving your order, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact me and we can work out the best way to remedy the situation. You can also take the pieces to one of my shows to do an even exchange if you are not happy.

 

Any material that is going to be returned must first be processed in the following manner (within 30 days of receiving your order):

1. Contact me by phone or email to discuss the situation.

2. Upon a resolution, I will send you a completed RGA (return goods authority) form that has the terms of the exchange. A copy of this RGA form will need to be included with the material being returned in order to ensure that it is handled properly. 

3. This RGA form is good for 30 days from the date it is processed at Marsha Neal Studio.

4. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with the RGA, unless there was a mistake on my behalf.

 

Privacy Policy

The information that you provide to Marsha Neal Studio will not be shared or sold to any other party. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact me. For internet security reasons, do not include any credit card information in an email.
